Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Shipping Time
Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes:
US Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
US Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
International Shipping: 7–15 business days (varies by country)
These times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or weather.
Tracking Information
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Lost / Stolen / Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help file a claim.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If the address is wrong and the order has already shipped, we cannot change it or issue refunds.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be processing and cannot be altered.
Pre-Order & Backorder Items
If a product is listed as pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping time will be shown on the product page. Ordering multiple items together may delay your shipment until all items are available.
